Join us this Memorial Day for our 2nd Annual Murph. Community workout open to all!

We’re proud to partner with to support veterans through service dog programs. Optional donations will be collected and you’ll have the chance to learn more about their mission later this week.

💪🏼 Workout Format�Complete it solo, with a partner, or as a team with scaled options available.
• 1 Mile Run�• 100 Pull-Ups�• 200 Push-Ups�• 300 Air Squats�• 1 Mile Run

All ergs (rower, bike, ski) will be available for the mile portions and you’re welcome to ride your bike alongside the group if preferred! Coaches will be here to guide and support.
