Practicing Svadhyaya, the fourth Niyama (personal observance) in yoga philosophy, which means “self-study” or “study of the self.” It involves deep reflection on one’s behaviors, habits, thoughts, and emotions to understand the true, higher Self rather than the ego. Spending time to dive deeper into yourself, allows for a more enjoyable life.
