S Tier (Superior)
-Paint & trim. Neutral colors, a fresh clean slate. Low cost, strong return. Every time.
-Light kitchen refresh. New k***s, fresh paint, maybe a simple backsplash. Small changes, big impact.

A Tier
-Carpet & flooring. If your carpet is rough, it needs replaced. Buyers notice, and you'll see it in your final number.

B/C Tier
-Driveway replacement. Depends on the shape it's in. Potholes and cracks? Address it. Otherwise, it's not where I'd start.

C Tier
-Full kitchen remodel. It can pay off in the right situation, but I don't recommend a full remodel if you're turning around and selling.
