What makes a custom rod custom?? How about a set of custom grips and then carefully selected thread color to build a rod to match a set of reels, that’s what custom rod building is all about!
These grips pushed my patience but the outcome was worth it.

JB Designs Walleye Series has found another home! 🎣

We’re excited to announce that our rods are now available at The Rooster in Rapid City, SD!

A huge thank you to Jeremy and The Rooster for giving us the opportunity to put our rods in the store. We truly appreciate the support of a local business helping another local business grow.

This was my first time in The Rooster, and I have to say — what a great store! If you’re in the Rapid City area, stop in, check them out, and while you’re there, take a look at the JB Designs Walleye Series rods!

It may be a little too hot for ice fishing, but won’t be too long and we will be on the hard water.
I want to thank Jody Ryland for helping me sell my boat this past spring, and in return he picked two 28” ice rods with custom grips.
