The 1st Annual AAE Bowl Tryout in Orlando was a HUGE success!
Athletes came ready to compete and showcase their speed, power, explosiveness, position training, and open-field football skills. The competition was intense, and the evaluation process was tough, with players battling through over two hours of pouring rain.
Shout out to the outstanding coaches and trainers who helped make this event special.
Congratulations to every athlete invited to the All-American Exposure Bowl on January 15-17, 2027. Your hard work is paying off!

Shoutout to another Excel Speed alum, Jake Kruel, defensive end for the Oklahoma Sooners and recognized as an SEC Freshman of the Week!
High school athletes, especially D-linemen and O-linemen, pay attention: if you wait until college to start serious speed, footwork, flexibility, and movement training, you’re already behind.
Speed. Feet. Flexibility. Strength. Technique.
Train it now so you're prepared when the opportunity comes.
Excel Speed: preparation starts before you get to the next level. Jake Kreul
