We are excited to be doing a second round of our virtual mat series starting November 2nd! This 6-week mat class will be taught by owner, Michelle, and will follow the intermediate Pilates repertoire through a contemporary lens.

Classes will be Mondays at 8:00 AM EST

To gain access to the course, submit your payment of $99 and receive a password for the weekly meetings!
You will have access to recordings of all classes for the entirety of the 6 week session. However, following the 6 weeks the session will close and you will no longer be able to access the content.
