Every journey starts with NOT the first step - but rather the decision to take that step in the first place. Let us show you how.

Rough Halloween for our guy Skelly 😬

But the nightmares you’ll have from the end of this one 🫣 😂 🎃 👻 💀

What yall think will happen when you try a box jump (even tho 99.9% of the time you land it no problem 🤣)

Poor Skelly 😒… the weighted vest must have thrown him off 🤷‍♀️ 💀

YOU ARE OVERTHINKING THIS! You’ve seen the posts, read the client stories, laughed at the reels, and have *wanted* to reach out.

SO REACH OUT! Comment ME or send us a message and let’s talk it through!

For the next 5 people who commit - we gotchu until 2027 😉 .. as long as you sign up by 10/31!

When your members start to create unofficial support groups without any guidance or suggestion from you - it feels like a win 😍

Mary recently ran the Chicago Marathon and just signed up again - and her Commit Fit Runners are right there for her!

These ladies meet on most weekends for various 5k runs.

They wait at the finish line and cheer each other through the end.

They build each other up after a tough run and celebrate after a PR.

It’s just cool to see them come together outside of here - and all on their own 💙 that’s community 👌
