💜🖤Reapers Football Season Starts Tomorrow! 💜🖤

We’re so excited to kick off another amazing season with our Reapers family! As we get started, here are a few helpful reminders to help everything run smoothly and keep our community safe, positive, and fun for everyone.

🏈 Practice Begins Monday, July 27

* First Week: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 6:00–8:00 PM | Helmets Only
* Starting the Following Week: Monday–Friday | 6:00–8:00 PM | Full Pads
* If you missed equipment pickup, no worries—please head to the equipment shed after all meetings have wrapped up and we’ll get you taken care of.

🚭 Healthy Field Environment
To keep our space safe and family-friendly, we kindly ask that there is no smoking, va**ng, alcohol or other illegal substances on the school property. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive environment for all athletes and families.

🚗 Driveway Safety
Please be mindful of the 10 MPH speed limit. With so many kids active around the field, your care and attention make a big difference in keeping everyone safe.

🐶 Pets
We love our furry friends, but only service animals are allowed on the property.

⏰ After Practice
At the end of practice, we kindly ask that everyone heads home so our board members can secure the field. Your cooperation helps us all get home safely and on time.

🗑️ Keeping Our Field Beautiful
Please take a moment to clean up any trash, water bottles, or belongings before you leave. This is our shared home field, and we appreciate everyone helping take care of it.

🚫 Practice Areas
To ensure safety and focus, the practice field and cheer building are reserved for board members, coaches and athletes. We appreciate parents, guardians, siblings or other personnel cheering from designated areas.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Attendance

* Dyno & Superlight: A parent or guardian is kindly asked to stay on premises for the entire practice.
* Lightweight, JV & Varsity: Players may be dropped off and picked up after practice.

📱 Communication
If your athlete will be late/ picked up late or not be attending practice or game days, please reach out to your parent rep so we can help coordinate smoothly.

🤝 Questions or Concerns
We’re here to support you! If anything comes up, please start by connecting with your parent rep—they’re your direct link to the coaching staff. For things to be addressed in the correct order please allow 24 hours before escalating to the next level. Unless for emergency situations.

The objective of PYTFC is as follows.

1. To teach and instruct youth the basic skills of football and in the art of cheerleading.
2. To inspire the youth to practice the ideals of teamwork and sportsmanship.
3. To develop physical fitness in a safe environment.
4. To accept adversity without complaint.
5. To respect authority.
6. To respect teammates and opponents.
7. To develop self confidence and a feeling of accomplishment.
8. Participation is open to all youth between the ages of 5-15 regardless of race or religious.

Our board members, coaches, and parents are all volunteers who generously give their time and energy to make this program possible. We’re so grateful for their dedication. Please extend patience and kindness, as they are balancing this commitment with work and family life and may not always be able to respond immediately.

We can’t wait to see all of our amazing athletes back on the field and cheer mats to start making reaper memories together!

Hi Cheer Parents!

There’s a created a page just for you to trade uniform sizes if needed. As a reminder, these uniforms are yours to keep, so you are welcome to have them hemmed or altered as needed for length.

Please use the trade page first to see if another family has the size you need.

Our biggest priority is making sure the shells and skirts fit properly!

The Cheer ADs will be visiting each team next week to check on uniform sizing and see if any adjustments or exchanges are still needed.
