ICYMI: (Dr.) Jorge De Amorim Filho (Pocatello) won this year's overall (individual) title in a blistering fast 1:01... which included him getting a flat on the bike and spending (he estimates) between 4-5 minutes fixing it. He came off the bike in 4th place... and managed to pass 'em all on the run. Beast. . On the women's side, Aileen Pannecoucke (Pocatello) defended her title.... in a 1:03!

THIS IS ASHLEY. THIS Is why I put on the Bengal Tri. As exhausted as I am today, Ashley reminded me of “my why.” Her emotions are raw and pure… and I saw soooo many examples of that at yesterday’s finish line, regardless of placement (just look at the finish line pics… it’s obvious).
