Fish Monger Tues 9/8 Fluke Both boats -

Two great repeat regulars on both boats today. Dave Daly and crew on the Red boat and A great group of regulars aboard the green boat with Capt Alex... Slower fishing or atleast keeping with 39 between keepers for two smaller crews. Same for Both crews/boats. Plenty of bites n action but less keepers and could have used more for the box. Way to many shorts with guys catching up to 70.Still a great day fishing on the water with some awesome peeps even without full boxes! Nice seabass in the mix too so counting down the days for that! Lots of searching n grinding for everything we kept. Appreciate both crews fishing hard!

Could have been better but def could have been worse. After almost two months straight of limits it stings a bit but caught some fish and everyone had a good time n thats what counts most. Good reports and the slower ones.... always get it straight up. Heres some pics thanks guys!

Will b looking for some more cracks at some bigger flatties after the weather everyday till its closes n then will hop right into seabass and porgies with the early opener. Add some blues bones n albies n them fall mixed bags are always alot of fun. Loads of action n fillets. Still have a few fall charter dates avail in Oct /Nov (Seabass /Stripers) call or text Marie to get involved!!!

Fish Monger Mon 9/7 Labor Day Fluke - A 12 man limit & slow tough grind -

Both boats back at with mixed results a tough grindy bite n some rotten conditions all around but both boats worked hard scraped up they could with 53 keepers between the boats

On The Red Boat We had Ron and a crew of killas aboard. Day started out very slow... some shorts n odd keeper here or there it was pretty dull for both boats...Picked 8k but it def wasnt gonna b enough so took a steam... most places were duds with keepers, loaded with bites n shorts but not much for the box except and odd one or two. Wasnt looking good but Kept on searching n found a few places that gave us a little shot of better fish but it wasnt easy n had to fish very hard for everyone we caught for the box. They added up slowly but it took a ton of spots ...thankfully a couple more shots to end the day putting in some ot & the crew scraped up a 12 man limit but nothing easy about it. Finished with 38k (orl) high hook with a double limit (orl)

On the Green Boat Capt Alex had a good crew of regulars aboard also started in the same area we both scraped up our catch yesterday to find very little, slow bite...atleast keeper wise with onky a couple...Conditions def didnt help with the breeze n strong current together. Also got out of n went looking... found more shorts and a few more keepers but not enough... never could repeat anything . Just an odd. Keeper through shorts. Only managed 15 for the box. Wasmt from lack of trying n crew fished hard trying.

Def slimmer pickens...Tough slow grindy bite for keepers , fish are thinning out n early days of full boxes are over atleast for the moment and mayb for the season depending on what moves around our way. Been like finding a needle in a haystack to get at Crack at some keepers lately and scrape together a box. We will keep at it n make the best of it. Two great crews here some pics.

Fish Monger Sun 9/6 Fluke - A 13 man limit to 10 1/2 lbs & A Good Grindy box both boats!

Nothing easy about it but both boats worked hard Scrapin n Scratchin with 67 keepers between em. Tougher grindy bite with the breeze n current as keepers are def becoming more difficult to get cracks of.

On The Red boat we had Rogo n an always fishy crew. Life was decent in the am but conditions werent which made it harder to fish spots right. Lots of current and the wind was with it making it tough even with power drifting. Still picked at em loads of shirts n some keeps from each place. After it settles down conditons improved but the bite was slower. Did a lot of spot hop n seaching n these guys fished their tails off. Some were duds but some weren't n this crew capitalized on everyone we could get. Slower n grindy but the omes we got late were all quality. Including Uncle Henrys Jumbo at 10 1/2 lbs Congrats buddy!!!Finished with a 13 man limit of 39k Again the reward was there but u gotta work for everything right now.

On The Green Boat Capt Alex Had Joe Boycko n along with a great weekend crew of regulars. Same deal Slower lofe than the last few days with tougher conditons to start. Still had a good amount of bites with short life but took longer to get some keepers out of it. Did a lot of spot hoping n searching picking through shorts for what went in the box. Same deal when it got nicer that bite was slower but kept looking n grindy for a few more. Casper was back with anither limit + of 5k (orl) and Lenny redeemed himself n had the big fish of the day. Finished with 28 keepers, not a full limit but solid catch for the day.

Two great crews fished hard n Made the best of some not so nice conditons we were dealt. Everything seems to b geting harder by the day but making the most of it the best we can!! Pics thanka everyone

Fish Monger Sat 9/5 Fluke Limits (15 & 10 man) for Both boats

Those Sept boxes just hit different πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯Not easy but rewarding! Great day of fishing for two awesome repeat crews!!! With over 75 keepers between the boats! Heavy volume of traffic but it didnt really matter much... hover mode on the dots n the keepers were flying. No drifting n dreaming here.

On The Red boat we had Nick and an always fun crew. Savage amount of life crazy amount of bites but once we figured out the keeper riddle there was no looking back. The fish that went in the box were in small areas but it was the same on each piece. Still way many shorts with guys some catching over 50 but better shots of keepers. Larry had a limit + by 8 am and Dana had the big fish n personal best. Loads of action n one more limit box! Finished with 32k

On The Green boat Alex had Mikey Jigs and the sat savages for the last one of the fluke season. N they ended it the right way with one more slay. These guys punished em. Same deal loads of bites n way to many shorts but when u shower in gulp juice u have no problem weeding thru em 🀣 same deal not a big spread around but figure out where ya gotta b n burn some dots...bunch really nice cracks at keepers which lead to an early 15 man limit of 45 keepers. What a season it has been woth this crew. We cant thank mikey enough for all the hard work that goes into setting up a big roster of trips!

Again its getting more difficult by the day not the fishing we are used to but like all season we been making it work! Takes alot of work n Every box now counts more and is a bonus especially this season. Find em n grind em!!! Two great repeat crew of regulars who emjoyed a great day on the water !!!

Fish Monger Fri 9/4 Another Fluke Limit (10 man +) & A Murray Mixed bag!!!

Two great crews! Mixed it up today as the flats arent coming easy... its a grind atleast for the keepers amd get tougher by the day. Need some wind n a new push of fish to end out the season! Red boat on the flats and the green boat with some good old ling fishing loading up on fillets. Getting to b that time of the year. We target all inshore species n pass nothing up that will give our charters a great day on the water!

On The Red boat we had Adam K n am aways fun all star crew. Let me tell there was nothing easy about it. Screaming current , too much wind & a load of vultures. Everything against us with terrible conditions...Spots were loaded with life n bites but holy shorts. Must have caught 4-5 hundo to catch a limit today with guys catching 35 -70 . Luckily the current eventually died down after what felt like eternity, crowd gave up n the keepers were growling to end the day! Even Jason got one 🀣(news 12) Smaller charter filled the box with a 10 man + (orl) n we left em biting in overtime. Few guys with over double limts again.

On The Green boat Capt Alex n crew Had Joe n the gang aboard with the dusty fluke bite the crew opted for a Murray Mixed bag and the lings didnt disappoint! Doubles for days!!! Loads of fillets for all with a big box of 300 Current sucked but didnt have the wind to the north so it was a nice day. Bunch of 4 spots, few albies n some keeper fluke rounded out a busy fish catching day for the crew.

That time of the year where we are ready to mix it up with everything available inshore or grind hard for the last quality flats of the season. Not getting easier n need a good blow to push some fish down from the north...Two Inspected boats inshore everyday it what both Captains do FULL TIME! Two great crews ... daily pics n reports Thanks everyone

Fish Monger Thurs 9/3 Fluke Limits (14 & 9 man) for both boats -

Back at it after yesterdays wind.Beautiful day on the water but wasnt sure what to expect... turned out to b just the kind of days we like best πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ No boat traffic and hungry fluke!!! With 70 keepers between the boats!!! Ocean laid down buttercup! Both boats were able to look around n luckily both found exactly what they were looking for!

On The Red Boat we had Rob Goldstein and a crew of killas... these guys dont miss. Little breezy for an hr or so n the first couple spots we left em last trip were duds, next couple we picked a couple keepers but no amount of bites. Keep on looking, this is the time of the year ya gotta do some running... kept searching n landed eventually landed om some savage life. Drop n reel short life, double headers etc... keepers mixed in every where we went for the rest of the day. Kept poking around n had some great shots at quality n these guys dug in n filled the box!Hh with 8, couple other double limits (orl) Finished with a 14 man Limit. N yes we limited out every single trip in aug ( most.of july too)... yes the pics are real... yes the people are real... we bust our ass...dont believe book a trip. Wanna talk trash do it on ur own page!! It wont happen everyday in sept as fish are moving n spreading out but we sure gonna try...every crack n every box ya get now is a Bonus!

On The Green Boat Capt Alex had a smaller mixed crew... after a couple slower ones it was time to get back on the horse... we had a late cancelation and luckily a few the guys who were blown out recently were able to hop on... they are sure glad they did as it turned out to b a nice day with a box full of quality fluke!!! Same deal windy in the am few raindrops but it didnt last long. As forcasted the rest of the day was beautiful...Picked a few then had a lull with justnsome shorts...did some looking around n found a few area that had some nice size keepers. Worked it over n had some nice cracks at em. Kept at it until the box was full with a 9 man limit!

Clock winding down n were making the most of everyone we get! Days like today are the ones the count the most in my book! Not the fishing we seen in aug n its taking alot of searching n miles but darn good fishing nonetheless! Two great crews. Here the pics!!!

Fish Monger Tues 9/1 Fluke 13 man limit to 9lbs n another tougher grind - both boats!

And Just like that its September! Both boats back at it with mixed results again today. Two great crews, 57 keepers between the boats n Both have been covering some miles searching for whats goes in the box!

On The Red boat we had a great mixed crew of regulars aboard. Headed back to the area we put together a 14 man limit yesterday hoping for more but it was kinda dull. Short life n a few keeps but wasnt gonna b enough... time to take a ride. Steamed off n fished some later season stuff we havent tried yet. Stopped the boat n it was game on!!! Savage drop n reel life. Loads of action, 10 a time for dime...Way to many shorts but had keepers mixed in every stop for the rest of the day. After we seen to start it was heaven...Couple real good shots at some quality keeps let the crew fill the box with a 13 man of 39k including another lunker over 9lbs. Crew worked there ass off weeding through hundreds of shorts but the reward was there!

On The Green Boat Capt Alex n Crew had the Tues gang aboard. Also Headed back to where he had the best life yesterday hoping to get some more. Life was dull to start with only a few keepers, went off looking rather than sitting n unfortunately did find what they were looking for. Dont kmow if u dont look and this crew always fishes hard. Had to.back track n grinded out a few more keepers finishing with a box of 18. Not from lack trying as they covered alot of ground. Good times with a good crew just could have used a few more for the box!

Sitting out tomorrow with the wind... Will b movin em arpund even more. Thinning out in alot of places but def will b stacking in others. Bust potential growing Quality is there just takes some looking. Heres the pics thanks guys!!!

Fish Monger Mon 8/31 Fluke - 14 man Limit and a tougher grind to 8 1/2 lbs - Both Boats -

Mixed results today with 65 keepers between the Boats. Slower Grindy bite all around w Both boats n crews fishing very hard for what went in the box!

On The Red boat we Had Ff Joe Zagorski and crew. Good life n amount of bites to start with plenty.of shorts n a keeper here n there. That dried up and after that it was dull had to really look around for a few shots at some better fish. Found our best cracks at quality in some odd places but made it work and they added up... lots of places were duds in between but kept at it n found what we needed. Nice blast of life to end the day to made a crew limit into a 14 man boat box finishing with 44k(orl) Bunch of guys with double limits (orl) . Everyone fished hard for em which is always appreciated!

On The Green Boat Capt Alex and crew had our Long time regulars Gus n crew aboard. First area was dull, few shorts with nothing to keep... took a long steam to another area n found some life just not enough...Picked a few keepers but really never any amount in an area. Kept on looking but never had that good crack at em. Picked an odd nice keeper including a chunk over 8lbs through some shorts short. Needed more for the box but the crew fished hard for everyone they could get and had a good time doing it Finished with 19k.

Def can see things changing last week or so... nothing stays the same forever. Fish are moving n im sept it starts to b ehere everyday is different...Still plenty around but taking more searching to get cracks at the quality. Both boats will b looking daily everyday till it closes. Two great crews... pics... thanks everyone

Fish Monger Sun 8/30 Fluke Limits (13Γ—2) for both boats to 7lbs -

Both boats stayed out of the sh*t show n got it done despite a tougher bite n lots of traffic w 80 keepers between the boats. Sounds easy but it takes alot of Work & Searching to put up keeper counts like this day after day especially this season.

On the Red boat we had Dave dibs n crew... by passed the reef, its been loaded with shorts n not enough to keep esp for a weekend crowd... first few wrecks we had good life but just a handful of keepers, moved inshore a handful more but def wasnt gonna b enough..back tracked as Capt Alex on the green boat had a couple good cracks but most real estate was taken n torched so we kept.it moving n went above everyone n fished what was open away from the crowd. Started picking a couple at a time worked that for what it was worth n then rode to some seabass cherries no one had... thankfully a few things still dont show up on navionics... south wind n gusty is the only time ya can go to them without giving em up to the pickers...great life for the rest of the day/trip w keepers flying. Used up every cherry n a few packs but it aure beats giving up... got it done with a full box 13 man of 39k bunch in the 3-7lbs class.

On The Green Boat Capt Alex n the sunday Slayers also had the same game plan. Stay out of the traffic as nothing inshore was loaded enough to deal with that mess. First couple spots were good short life but had to fish hard for the keepers... worked it over good as the bite was slow keeper wise in alot of areas. When that dried up headed east n fished where 3 boats just left.... Thankfully they didnt hit all of it... again a little chunk of bottom thats off the main stuff n not on a phone app but in the machine from lots of years of looking around. Had em flying n this crew put a beating on em... mega blast πŸ”₯ filled the rest of the box in the blink. When that was over went back inshore n seen what everyone else dealt with for the day. Finished with a 13 + of 41k. Sending Lenny our condolences πŸ’€

Same thing that helps ya can hurt ya. Dont forget to look around! Just about everything we caught today wasnt in a fleet n wasnt on n app. Save em for days like today... getting tougher by the day w too many shorts, a slower bite & lots of traffic but both crews got it done. Sundays Pics... appreciate everyone fishing hard!

Fish Monger Fri 8/28 Fluke Limits (12 & 9 man +++) to 7 lbs for both boats!

Back at it with two great crews! Another great day on the water... loads of action n plenty of quality w 81 keepers(orl) between the boats πŸ”₯

On The Red boat we had Suzzane (one of our longest regulars) and a smaller charter of fri flukers. Slow start lots of short life not enough keepers... Seen the signs that last couple days tho... where we had 3-5 lbers was replaced with 10- 12 inchers n a death pick of the a occasional keepers. 2026... when u see the dinks its over... I rather not catch than sit for not enough left overs. Took a ride and when we stopped it was game over lights out Savage bite with quality flying... first two small spots were good for over 20k and the crews limit. Looked around and played c&r with a few more good cracks at em. Congrats to Ron who 3 fish limit weighed in 17 lbs, Nicky with triple limit (orl) to 6lbs , Always limit Al with a double limit + of 7 . Prob could have caught where we been fishing but turned it into a πŸ”₯ day.

On the Green boat Capt Alex n crew Same deal. Hoping it bounced back but it was filthy with shorts n not enough keeps. Managed to grind 15 out of it but they didn't come fast enough n it wasnt gonna b enough for a bigger crew Roll the dice n took a ride, after some looking had a few spots where they had a good shot of quality and the crew went to work filling the box with a 12 man. Took some searching but git it done

Fish got tails... same batch on the move and doesn't stick around very long 2026 bite... Same pattern. few great daysin area n its ova... and ya gotta look. Pics thanks everyone!!!
