hOMies … help us give Michael a warm welcOMe to the yoga hOMe® team! 🩷

Michael has been practicing yoga for five years and cOMpleted his 200-hour yoga teacher training at Anuttara Yoga Shala in Boca Raton. He brings a thoughtful understanding of yoga, Ayurveda, and yogic philosophy to his practice.

Especially drawn to the connection between Bhakti and Hatha yoga, Michael approaches āsana with a sense of devotion — bringing heart to the physical practice. 🙏🏼

He’s excited to share his practice, connect with fellow seekers, and becOMe part of our cOMmunity. Say hello when you see him at hOMe … He’s taking on MONDAYS at 515P for an Infrared 60 in our living roOM starting this OCTOBER!!! 👋🏼
