October is starting out strong! This morning I got to fish with life long friends and we were able to put together another solid cooler of fish!!

We will be pulling the boat later this month, and still taking trips for this month on a very weather dependent basis!

People often ask me what my favorite way to cook salmon is, and I always tell them the same thing. 

Bruce Mitchell’s sweet Cajun season is by far my favorite!! This one has the perfect sweetness to it with just a touch of Cajun. He also has a sweet and spicy Cajun seasoning one if you like it with a bit more spice to it! I always do at least one fillet in his seasoning and the other with just simple lemon pepper.

These fresh fillets are hitting the pellet grill soon for tonight’s brewers game!
