⏰ LAST CALL! We have just a few spots remaining in our first-ever Unified Fitness Class, starting TOMORROW at Beacon Community Fitness!

This 8-week program brings people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities together to train side-by-side in a supportive, encouraging environment. It’s about more than fitness—it’s about building friendships, confidence, inclusion, and community.

💙 Thursdays at 3:30 PM
💙 45-minute coach-led classes
💙 Strength + cardio-based workouts
💙 All fitness levels welcome
💙 Goal: Complete a 1-mile fun run together at the end of the session

We are incredibly excited to launch this program and would love to fill these final spots before we kick off tomorrow!

🎉 PR ALERT! 🎉

A huge shoutout to Rachel and Corinn, two long-time members of our Momma Movement Strength & Conditioning program, who both hit personal records on their box jump height today! 🙌

What makes this so exciting isn’t just the height of the box—it’s the months and years of consistent work that led to it. Both Rachel and Corinn have shown up time and time again, building strength, confidence, coordination, and resilience one workout at a time.

These moments are a great reminder that progress doesn’t always happen overnight. Sometimes it’s the result of hundreds of small decisions to keep showing up, trust the process, and challenge yourself just a little bit more.

We’re so proud of these moms for stepping outside their comfort zones, believing in their abilities, and celebrating what their bodies can do. 💪❤️

Saturday June 6th, 9:30am | Beacon Community Fitness

Join us for our PRIDE WOD—a community workout to kick off Pride Month with purpose, sweat, and solidarity.

Show up and show your Pride as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, as an ally and supporter, ALL are welcome! Show up loud and proud to support inclusion in fitness.
