Hot Synchronized Vinyasa. Free mind. Strong body. Full heart.

🔥🙏🏼❤️ Our yoga room is heated so that you can easily sweat.

We teach Synchronized Vinyasa, a yoga class that seamlessly matches movement and breath for a completely revolutionary fitness experience. The physical part of the class is intense, and is suitable and adaptable for all levels of experience, the only pre-requisite is an open mind.

Ready for some movement that feels a little different, natural and fun?

That’s the idea behind Primal CORE. 🐅🔥

Instead of moving in familiar patterns (forward, back, rinse, repeat), this class invites you to explore how your body actually wants to move — twisting, reaching, crawling, stabilizing.

Think:
– bear crawls (core + coordination)
– crab walks (shoulder stability + strength)
– scorpion reaches (rotation + mobility)

Which is consistent with the kind of movement that shows up in real life:

-reaching under the couch
-getting up and down off the floor
-twisting to grab something from the back seat of your car
-playing low to the ground with your kids

This class will help you understand your body differently:

where you’re strong, where you compensate, and what’s been missing…

AND ITS FUN! (Humbling…and fun.) 😮‍💨😅🔥

Join Darcy on Sunday, 6/28 from 12:30-1:30pm.

Included in passes and memberships!

Airplane Tutorial ✈️

A few steps for transitioning into Airplane pose:

✈️ shift your weight onto one foot

✈️place your weight in the ball and heel of your foot

✈️bring a soft bend to your standing knee

✈️tip your chest forward as your back leg lifts

✈️flex your back toes and reach your arms behind you

✈️square your hips by drawing your lifted hip down to your mat

Sounds easy…but IYKYK 😮‍💨😉

Which one of these steps are you trying to focus more on?

We’re almost half way through our Sweat Off Challenge… and wow. 😅🤯

There has been amazing studio energy, friendly competition, willingness to step outside comfort zones and actually play with the practice again… it’s been unreal. ✨🔥

We’ve watched people dedicate their practice to someone they love. ❤️
We’ve heard emotional and sentimental feedback on practicing like it’s your last class. 😭
We’ve seen yogis in different spots in the room - thank you for keeping our teachers on their toes! 🫣
We’ve seen folks arriving on foot and on bikes. 🚲
We’ve had bustling numbers at our 6am classes! 🌅

And honestly? We didn’t know how this would land.

But, gotta say: oh, it landed and we are so grateful and inspired by your participation. So THANK YOU. 🙏🏼

Now let’s keep it rolling! There are still challenges to conquer and yes… prizes to be had. 🏆

😎🫠❄️

Join Sevi & Alyssa for Cool Down Yin NEXT FRIDAY (19th) from 5:30-6:30pm.

This class is designed to slow you down and help your body to unwind.

You can expect low to the ground poses for areas of tension, minimal transitions and the perfect sequence to release all that built up tension from your week!

Hands on assists will be offered (always optional!) to give you that extra *nervous system melt* and grounding support.

No heat. No rush.

See you there! 😍✨

Not every thought you have deserves your energy and trust.

Some are rooted in love, compassion and wisdom.
But some (more than some, anyone?) can be old fears, patterns or pieces of information asking to be heard and healed.

A invaluable life skill?

>>>Being able to discern what thoughts to feed and what thoughts to question.

Happy Birthday, Cory (aka CT, Cor-a-saurus, Cor, Theberge)

🫯💫🔨🎷

Thank you for being a man of the people, our Monday morning MVP and the resident handyman! You deliver a quiet, easeful confidence to your teaching that is grounding and light. You show up and jump in when things are above our skill set (which is…often 😅). You carry kindness and heart with you and it’s contagious!

We’re uber grateful to have you as a part of our team 🙏🏼

Happy Birthday big guy!

HOT TAKE: going hard is overvalued. 😤

⚡️we get it…intensity can feel really powerful and YES, has its place: it builds heat, challenges your edge and can be temporarily satisfying.

But intensity isn’t the *whole* picture.

There’s something quieter, less compelling but MORE transformative…

CONSISTENCY.

The practice isn’t about peaking and burning out, rinse repeat. It’s about returning… again and again with integrity and full honesty. It’s about building resilience through repetition.

🧠 🧬 Consistency actually affects your physiology. It rewires your brain, sharpens skills and changes how you live.

THAT’S what changes your life on and off your mat.

How can you create more consistency in your practice?

Ready to unravel? 😅🫠

Yoga Nidra is the *perfect* socially acceptable way to do that AND have it count towards ~healing~!

What your fellow yogis are saying about this class:

“I can only describe it as a hypnotic state: Sevi puts you in a state of full body paralysis that I’ve only experienced while sleeping.”

”Nidra is fan-freaking-tastic! Anytime we have it, I feel a noticeable improvement in my mood baseline for the week.”

”My last two practices have been WILD rides! I’d describe both of them as being similar to a psychedelic trip (minus the exogenous drugs, of course!) complete with  vibrant visuals, strong physical sensations, future forecasting and epiphanies.”

Don’t know about you, but that’s all we needed to know.

In case you’re not convinced, here are some blow your socks off benefits to this practice:

-improved REM sleep
-boosted dopamine
-memory consolidation
-sharpened motivation and focus
-reduced cortisol
-improved creativity
-tissue repair and recovery

Catch you there!
