A long weekend down at the California SYC/RJCC. Anastasia took 7th place and earned her D2026 in Y14!!! Shout out to Bennett, Gavin, Etienne, Yifong for fencing such a strong competition And giving their all. Next stop, Summer Nationals! Let's go OFA!

NATIONAL CHAMPION ALERT 🚨🚨🚨
skarbonkiewicz is this years Division One National Champion!!!! She was absolutely on fire all day and she made a point to show that fire!
rr.sullivan finished in 6th place unfortunately running into her teammate to make the semifinals but Siobhan has been going crazy all season making numerous top 64 and 32s internationally and is an absolute force to be reckoned with! just missed out on top 8
And Ellie had to fence one of the top seeds early on.
We are so proud of all of you guys and the hard work you've put in this season!!!

What a day at National Championship!
Coach Yelena sped through the day and took GOLD!!!
Jamie and Kelly finished in the Top 16 just missing out on the 8s. We are so proud of you three and we'll see you all on the podium at Summer Nationals!

Y12 Boys was stacked with talent today. Our Seven boys killed it and they're all proud of how they fenced. Maybe not the results they wanted but they feel the progress and know they'll come back stronger. Winston finished 9th and Bennett just behind in 11th. Felix finished in the top 32 and Gavin,Nathan,Ryan, Benjamin finished in the top 64.

Plenty of ups and downs along the day but everyone is there to support each other and push each other. We are so proud of the work everyone is putting in and it's showing. Abigail took home the GOLD in Y12 with Asteria and Krista finishing tied for 36th!!
Nathan took BRONZE and Ryan 7th with Oliver finishing in 15th in Y10.

It was a great weekend for the OFA Team. Everyone gave their best and for some this was their first RJCC and they rocked it! Keep up the hard work everyone and bring that fire back to the club and keep going!!!
