November youth training starts NEXT WEEK at Ethos Training Club.

Whether your athlete is in season, between seasons, or not playing a sport at all, building a strong athletic foundation matters year-round.

In-season training helps athletes maintain strength, movement quality, and durability while competing. The offseason gives them room to build on those qualities and prepare for what’s next. And for kids who aren’t involved in sports? Strength, coordination, confidence, and learning to do hard things are valuable long before they ever step onto a field or court.

November is a great time to get your kids moving, learning, and getting stronger heading into winter 😊

Please keep us in your thoughts

Apparently, not everyone knows they should be strength training 😏

Fall sports are winding down, and we’re already looking ahead to winter 👀

One thing we want our athletes and their parents to understand: the work you put in during your season matters just as much as the work you put in during the off-season.

In-season training isn’t about running kids into the ground or adding more fatigue to an already demanding schedule. It’s about maintaining strength, reinforcing good movement patterns, building resilience, and giving athletes the tools to keep performing when their sport demands it.

And we’ve seen that work pay off with our fall athletes. The strength, movement quality, and confidence they’ve built in the gym carry over onto the field and court.

Now, as we transition into winter sports, we keep building. Different seasons, different demands, same goal: helping our athletes become stronger, more capable, and better prepared for whatever their sport asks of them.

But really, there’s a reason we practice these.

The Turkish get-up builds strength, shoulder stability, coordination, balance, mobility, and body awareness — all while teaching you to move with control through multiple positions.

It’s not just about getting the kettlebell overhead. It’s about knowing how to control your body, get up off the ground, and move well through life.

And when all those reps finally pay off? We might get a little emotional 🥹

If you know, you know 🤝🏻
