LET’S GET SERIOUS. 🚲🔥🫀

No Coasting Season starts October 5!
10 weeks. One periodization plan. Your effort. Your accountability.

Each week gives you specific cardio efforts to complete as we progress from building your aerobic base → strength and endurance → intervals → practice → peak.
This isn’t another class to add to your schedule. The plan is on the wall, the Biker Gang room is yours, and you decide when you get the work done.

🚲 Complete your weekly rides/runs/cardio
❤️ Track your efforts with MyZone
⭐ Add your stickers to the poster
🤝 Riding outside? MyZone it and count it
🔥 Classes will follow the periodization plan when applicable

We give you the plan. You do the work and hold yourself accountable.

Training leads up Anaheim Hyrox, the famous Energy Lab Race Day, and The Energy Lab Holiday DEKA Double❣️

Oct 5 – Dec 19. Let’s get serious. NO COASTING SEASON! 🚲🔥

This Sunday, Redlands shows up. And we’d love for you to walk with us. 💗

The Stater Bros. Believe Walk has been part of our story since The Energy Lab opened in 2011. We’re proud to be back with a team this year - and there’s room for you in the picture.

What makes this morning so special is the people. Families walking together. Friends celebrating someone who’s made it through cancer. People walking in memory of someone they love. So many personal reasons for being there, all bringing our community together.

It’s an amazing morning to be out in Redlands, and one we look forward to every year. These photos are a little look back. Sunday, we get to do it again!

You don’t have to be an Energy Lab member to walk with us. Come with a friend, come with your family, or come on your own and meet us at the studio. We’ll head over together.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4
📍 7:40 AM - Meet at The Energy Lab
📸 7:50 AM - Team picture
👟 8:00 AM - The walk begins

We can’t wait to see familiar faces and welcome some new ones. See you Sunday! 💗

HYROX Salt Lake City: TEAM ENERGY⚡️LAB
WE COME TO PLAY

It takes courage💥🚀

To say yes to working towards something for you💪

To hit the early mornings, to run the extra mile {literally😅}, to do something for the first time!

To have the conversation with yourself that says, “Yes, you can!” even when it’s hard or you’re scared.

Getting to know the struggle, making friends with it, and seeing that there is something on the other side 🤜🧱 LIFE fully ALIVE!

We are so proud of you! You’ve put in the time, the sweat, the miles 🙌🫀❤️ have a great time!

“No day shall erase you from the memory of time” ~ Virgil

Our run this morning took us by a bus with the lights on front reading 9/11 NEVER FORGET ❤️

It brought back the memories of where we were, when, and it also reminded us of the strength we work on daily to be ready for when strength is our only option.

When I shared with the team my memories of that September morning, other coaches started to share theirs too. That’s the beauty of community, sharing stories, our shared experiences and the Energy Lab Family❤️

What are you training for?

Maybe it’s your first DEKA. Maybe you’re headed to HYROX Anaheim. Maybe you’ve done both and you’re coming back faster, stronger and better prepared.

Or maybe you don’t have a race on the calendar at all.

That’s okay, too.

Hybrid Academy isn’t about showing up already race ready. It’s about giving you the coaching, structure and people around you to see how much better you can get over the next 13 weeks.

We’ll do the training together.

4 coach-led sessions every week.
A 13-week HYROX running plan.
Weekly Cold Plunge or Sauna.
Performance testing and race prep.

And along the way, we’ll have some pretty good opportunities to put that work to the test - DEKA Strong + Mile here at The Energy Lab on October 18, our HYROX Performance Test on November 22, and HYROX Anaheim December 3–6.

You don’t have to be ready.

That’s the point of training.
