Mondays at 11:15am for striking
Wednesdays at 11:15am for Jiu Jitsu
Nearly all of our co ed classes are half ladies, too, so don’t forget about those classes!

These ladies wrapped up our spring ladies course session yesterday! This 8 week session is taught by ladies, for ladies, but culminates with some of our male coaches coming in to attack them on the final day!
