Ten years ago, the Fist of Interception Institute began with a singular purpose: to preserve, honor, and pass on the living legacy of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do. Today, we celebrate a decade of relentless dedication, growth, and community.
In a world filled with misconceptions about Bruce Lee's martial art, our mission has always been clear—to cut through the noise and reveal the true nature of JKD: simple, direct, non-classical, and stripped of unnecessary ornament. Together, we continue the vital work of separating truth from belief.
