"Commentaries" ft. John Little
https://youtu.be/CPy620IOZuA?si=DEDoVbd5AfM8AA67

In this episode, Vincent Benitez interviews world-renowned author (The Bruce Lee Library, Wrath of the Dragon), filmmaker (A Warrior's Journey), and historian, John Little, for an in-depth exploration of Bruce Lee's notes on Jeet Kune Do. The conversation dives into decades of archival research, examining what it took to decode and publish Bruce Lee’s private papers in "Commentaries on the Martial Way". Little shares insights into how these unedited notes shift our understanding of Bruce’s scientific approach to unarmed combat, before detailing the making of "A Warrior’s Journey" documentary and how the recovery of the missing "Game of Death" footage became the driving force behind the project.

"While being trained, the student is to be active and dynamic in every way. But in actual combat, his mind must be calm and not at all disturbed. He must feel as if nothing critical is happening."
