Martial Arts, Fitness & Fun for the Whole Family... For the first 7 years of operation, classes were held at Champion Fitness in Rockford.

ProKarate Rockford was started in 1999 as a satellite program of the original Professional Karate School owned and operated by Shihan Brian Lentz in Wyoming, Michigan. In 2006, Sensei Wendy Redding determined the time was right to move the school to downtown Rockford in the space above Glik's Department Store.
