This past weekend, our community came together to move with purpose during Move for a Life Time!💙💚

From class mashups to pickleball, every rep, rally, and drop of sweat helped raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, with our local proceeds supporting Gillette Children’s.

If you didn’t get a chance to donate, there’s still time! Visit the link in our bio to help support children’s health.🩺🏥

Introducing Move for a Life Time! 💙✨

Formerly known as Ride of a Life Time, our annual fundraiser for kids’ health has evolved to represent all the ways our community shows up and moves together!

Join us March 7 at 9AM for a high-energy workout supporting Life Time Foundation and our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, Gillette Children's.

Together, these charitable organizations help kids when it matters most, from lifesaving medical care to healthier meals and more opportunities to move and thrive. Now it’s our turn to show up and move for something bigger than ourselves! 💪

Our goal: $14,250

If your New Year motivation is starting to feel a little shaky… this one’s for you. 💙

As we move deeper into the year, it’s easy to feel stuck, discouraged, or tempted to quit on the goals we set just weeks ago. That’s why we’re sharing Kierstyn Foley’s 30 Strong story — a reminder that progress isn’t about perfection, it’s about building habits that last beyond a single challenge.

Kierstyn, a Life Time Rosemount member, became one of only four grand prize winners nationwide in the 2025 30 Strong Challenge by focusing on movement, mindfulness, and consistency — and she’s continued those habits long after the challenge ended.

If you need a little reset, encouragement, or proof that small daily choices add up, slide to read her story ➡️
Strong habits don’t end after January — and neither does your opportunity to keep going. 💪✨

Start the new year with intention, restoration, and movement. We’re excited to offer two specialty yoga workshops designed to support your mind, body, and breath:

🧘 Immersive Soundbath
Sink into deep rest during this full‑body sound experience. Guided by soothing tones and resonant vibrations, you’ll slow the mind, soften the body, and release built‑up tension. This practice supports relaxation, nervous system balance, and a deep sense of inner calm. No experience needed — just get comfortable and let the sound do the work.

🔥 MB360: Primal Core
Explore the core fundamentals that power our MB360 classes. This workshop focuses on primal movement patterns, functional strength, and mindful activation to help you move with stability and strength.

Each workshop is $25, and spots are limited.
