And then there’s a wholeeeeee nother conversation when one partner is choosing to evolve while the other stays complacent. 👏🏽

My body changed even more than I was expecting in 2 weeks 😅 But to be SO CLEAR…

I didn’t lose 3.5 pounds of body fat in two weeks.
(That isn’t physiologically realistic in most cases.)

What I did lose was a significant amount of bloat, water retention, and inflammation. My waist dropped 1.5 inches, my digestion improved dramatically, my energy came back, and I finally felt like myself again.

And here’s what made the difference...

It wasn’t a detox.
It wasn’t starving myself.
It wasn’t cutting out entire food groups.

It was giving my body what it had been asking for.

But nutrition was only PART of the equation.

The other half? Regulating my nervous system. 👏

Because you can eat the healthiest foods in the world, but if your body is constantly stuck in survival mode, digestion slows down, stress hormones stay elevated, sleep suffers, cravings increase, and your body is much more likely to hold onto water and inflammation. 🫠

When your nervous system begins to feel safe again, your body becomes much more willing to digest, recover, and let go of what it no longer needs.

That’s why this wasn’t just about the food.

It was the combination of deep nourishment + nervous system regulation that created these results.

This is exactly why I created the Regulate & Glow Challenge.

Not to help women crash diet for two weeks.

To help them create an environment where their body can finally do what it’s designed to do. 🔥

Less bloat.
Better digestion.
More energy.
A calmer nervous system.
And feeling at home in your body again. ❤️

Every year you try something “new” to lose fat… and somehow it keeps getting harder.

Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you “lack discipline.”

But because years of extremes teach your body one thing:

👉 survive first. burn calories at rest. grip tighter to the fat that’s there.

Slash calories.
Cut carbs.
Double workouts.
No days off.

It works at first… until your metabolism adapts, your cravings skyrocket, your energy tanks, and burnout hits. Then the cycle repeats, usually a little worse each time.

And when you layer aging, stress, and long seasons of being sedentary on top of yo-yo dieting… you often lose muscle, slow your resting metabolism, and make future fat loss even harder.

Your body isn’t broken.
It’s protecting you.

Sustainable fat loss looks completely different:

✔️ eating enough most of the time
✔️ intentional seasons of fat loss and maintenance
✔️ progressive strength training
✔️ nervous system regulation, sleep, recovery
✔️ habits you can actually live with

If you want to lose fat and KEEP it off, the “plan” can’t end once you hit the goal. It has to become your normal.

We’re opening spots for 6 millennial women this month who want to get out of the yo-yo cycle and do this the healthy, sustainable way.

Most of us set goals based on pressure, comparison, or what “looks good on paper.”

But alignment starts with truth.

Sit with these questions. Be honest. Let your body answer as much as your brain.

From there: your goals get clearer, simpler, and way more sustainable. ❤️✨

We have OFFICIALLY hit the VOID.

The day after Christmas.
That warped space between then and New Year’s where time feels… weird.
The days feel long and short.
You don’t know what day it is.
Your routine is gone.
Your nervous system is coming down from weeks of socializing, stimulation, stress, and excitement.

And then there’s your body.

Bloated.
Puffy.
Lethargic.
Digestively off.
Craving structure but also exhausted by it.

That combo is the perfect storm for doom-panicking about 2026.

If you’re anything like I used to be, this is the moment you start searching for the fix.
The detox.
The challenge.
The reset.
The “I’ll be super strict starting January 1st” plan that promises to erase the holidays and make you feel back in control again.

And maybe it works… for a few weeks.

But year after year, the same cycle plays out.
The restriction.
The burnout.
The falling off.
The starting over.

And every year it gets harder on your body, your metabolism, and your nervous system.

Here’s what I know now that I didn’t back then:
This moment doesn’t call for extremes.
It calls for foundations.

Understanding what’s actually happening in your body right now.
Why the scale is up.
Why you feel inflamed and tired.
Why “doing more” is often the thing that keeps you stuck.

That’s exactly why we created Foundations First Formula.

Not another diet.
Not a cleanse.
Not a New Year’s challenge built on restriction.

It’s a free, 21-day education-based experience that teaches you how your body actually works, so you stop reacting from panic and start making decisions from clarity.

Because when you lead with education, regulation, and support…
2026 doesn’t start with a crash.
It starts with confidence.

If you’re in the void right now, you’re not behind.
You’re right on time.
