SWEAT class is an interval style training that incorporates both cardio and strength training. Our classes focus on both strength and cardio/agility training.
October 2014 I started my training career with Forshey Training Systems (an athlete training facility in Salem). I started one on one training sessions and from there we grew into 2 on 1 and 5 on 1 and then developed fairly quickly into group training only. We are training for life, we're training to be healthy and stay healthy, we're training to be an examples for our kids and younger generations

SWEAT KIDS Summer Camp 💪
Two sessions
Session 1: 10-11am Ages 5-9
Sessions 2: 11am-12 Ages 10-15
Age based agility training, basic bodyweight push/pull movements, jump training, age based strength training.
Camp cost: $30/kid
