🤍Because we can’t focus on living a healthy lifestyle if our basic needs aren’t being met.

With the high likelihood of SNAP benefits being suspended, starting now through November 30th, you can take any of our larger group classes (Zumba, Mobility, Barre, Pulse, and Yoga) with the donation of a shelf stable food item.

Or if you would like to make a financial donation- any amount to our local food bank or for the Center for Hope and Safety’s food boxes, you can come and show a screenshot or receipt for your donation to come take a class.

🤍 You can take as many classes during this timeframe as you’d like- we are asking for one donation per class

🤍 We will have a box at the gym to accept donations and will be delivering them (split equally) to our local food bank and Center for Hope and Safety

🤍 We will also be doing our food drive Thanksgiving morning at 9:30am (Zumba for the whole family) so consider adding that to your schedule as well 🫶

🤍 Food item ideas- peanut butter, bread, canned fruit and veggies, Mac and cheese, formula and more. I’ll be posting a more thorough list soon

🤍 Please no expired foods, they will not be accepted

🤍 We will not be personally accepting cash donations, please bring proof of your donation via receipt or screenshot for your free class
