Today's Muay Boran form is Elbow!
The great thing about forms, kata etc is the application of strikes in different angles and directions. Areas that are common and uncommon!

Everyone wants to do the fun stuff. Sparring is a lot of fun but it holds a lot of responsibility.
There is a huge debate between hard sparring vs flow sparring.
Personally I enjoy flow sparring. I'm getting older, I'm not training to be world champion, I'm training for self improvement, fitness and my love for martial arts.
Is there a place for hard sparring sure but everyone has a reason to train. The most important thing to layout is safe functional drills so we know what to work on and make sure we are improving and not just hurting each other.
Pick your pace, your tempo and be a team player.
Also have a good time training!
