Today our senior athletes led the way as we kicked off our first mentorship meeting focused on mental toughness.

The conversation wasn’t about being perfect—it was about showing up on the hard days, trusting the process, supporting your teammates, and continuing to work when things get tough.

One of the greatest strengths of The Pack is that our older athletes invest in those coming behind them. Leadership isn’t just about what you accomplish yourself—it’s about helping others grow too.

Thank you to our seniors for leading today’s discussion and helping build a culture of strength, accountability, and family.
