Welcome Coach Baggett to the aquatics family!

Kat Anderson has been selected as a recipient of the Jason T. Diamond Memorial Foundation Scholarship. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned both the UIL Scholar Award and AP Scholar with Distinction honors, recognizing academic and extracurricular achievements that exemplify self-discipline and integrity. Throughout high school, she completed numerous AP courses while maintaining a 4.0 GPA, demonstrating exceptional dedication both academically and in her athletic and extracurricular activities.

Kat has been actively involved in the Pieper Mighty Warrior Choir, serving as vice president during her senior year after participating in the program all four years. She was also a dedicated member of Pieper’s Aquatics Program throughout high school and served as captain of the water polo team for the past two seasons.

Kat plans to attend Texas A&M University, where she will major in history.

Meghan has been an outstanding student and leader throughout her high school career. She served as co-captain of the water polo team, where she demonstrated dedication, teamwork, and leadership both in and out of the pool. In addition, she supported the swim program as team manager, helping encourage and organize her teammates throughout the season.

Meghan has also challenged herself academically through the UT OnRamps program, showing her commitment to academic excellence and college readiness.

Her hard work, positive attitude, and dedication to her school community have made a lasting impact, and we are excited to see all she accomplishes in the future.

Alvin Reed has been selected as a recipient of the Comal Mock Interview Scholarship, recognizing his professionalism, preparation, and outstanding performance throughout the interview process. Alvin consistently demonstrated confidence, strong communication skills, and a clear vision for his future, making a lasting impression on those involved in the selection process.

Throughout high school, Alvin has built an impressive list of accomplishments and recognitions. He graduates Magna Cum Laude and has been actively involved in UT OnRamps, the National Honor Society (NHS), and Student Council (STUCO). In addition, he has earned recognition as a UIL Scholar and AP Scholar and will graduate wearing a CCMR Cord, reflecting his dedication to academic excellence and college readiness.

Alvin will continue his educational journey at the University of Texas, where he plans to carry forward the same determination, leadership, and work ethic that have helped him succeed thus far. His achievements reflect not only academic success, but also character, commitment, and a strong foundation for the future.

Congratulations to Alvin Reed on this well-deserved scholarship and all of his accomplishments as he begins this exciting new chapter at the University of Texas.

Collin Willeford has been selected as a recipient of the PHS Zeus Athletic Booster Club Scholarship, recognizing his athleticism, academic discipline, impact, and outstanding leadership throughout his athletic career at Pieper.

Collin has had a lasting impact on the water polo program through his involvement all four years and two years as Captain. His hard work and dedication have uplifted the program, allowing water polo at Pieper to grow in a way that will be felt long after he graduates. He has been a leader not just in title, but in the way he shows up every day, sets the standard, and inspires those around him to rise to it.

Throughout high school, Collin built an impressive list of accomplishments and recognitions. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and has been actively involved in UT OnRamps, AP courses, the National Honor Society, and Dual Credit English. Through these he earned recognition as a UIL Scholar and AP Scholar, and will be graduating with 30 to 40 college credit hours, reflecting his dedication to academic excellence and college readiness. Balancing that level of academic rigor alongside a four-year commitment to a varsity sport speaks volumes about his character and work ethic.

Collin will continue his educational journey at Texas A&M University Mays Business School, where he plans to major in Finance with a focus in Commercial Real Estate. At A&M, Collin plans to carry forward the same determination, leadership, and discipline that have helped him succeed thus far. His achievements reflect not only academic success, but also character, commitment, and a strong foundation for the future.

We are incredibly proud of everything Collin has accomplished and excited to see all that lies ahead for him. Congratulations, Collin, on this well-deserved scholarship and best of luck as you begin this next chapter.
