Pool Party.
This property in downtown Denver is the best scene with fantastic residents. 🙌🏼 I’ve been working with this property for a year now and have grown the events from a maybe 25 guests attendance, to now a consistent over 60 each event. Bringing the community together, has been so rewarding. I’ve seen babies be born, broken and mended bones, and apartment renewals. The residents are what truly make this property unique and exciting.

Bringing a creative touch to the residents The Gild | Aurora, CO Apartments
Inside the beautiful resident lounge, we brought
Terra Cotta pots, succulents to take home and personalized bar service.
This property has a group of littles, so of course we set up a coloring station for them to drink juice boxes 🧃and keep busy.
Great turn out of residents with some familiar faces and new faces, event attendance is growing. 🙌🏼
