Get out of your comfort zone. Consistency is easier to maintain if you’re only doing the easy stuff. That type of consistency needs to be avoided, being a consistent failure while trying to better yourself, that’s a very difficult challenge to meet. However, it’s the only way to pressure the system to change. Progressive overload follows the SAID principle in training. Specific Adaptation To Imposed Demands. Be consistent in your attempts to fail and you will be successful. ♥️ 🗝️

This is my simplest definition of success: YOUR Best is different than any one else's. Practice makes progress not perfection and we should continue to strive for more, because we can always better our best. We can't always do it on our own though. The G.O.A.T.s all have coaches that helped shape them into their best. When you're tired of not getting "crap" done by yourself, distracted from your own excuses, maybe now is the time to reach out for a coach that can help motivate and guide you toward finding a solution.

I've been a coach / trainer for 31 years and I have several coaches, mentors, and therapists to keep me on track. Take advice from someone who knows how much time can be wasted before seeking some help, guidance and mentorship.

The January Speed Agility and Quickness Session is in progress. Jr Performance is Mon thru Thu from 5-6pm and Varsity Prep is Mon and Wed from 7-8pm We have added Sunday workouts where new athletes can experience what we offer for Free! Jr Performance ages 8-12 is from 1-2pm and Varsity Prep ages 13-18 is 10-11 am. Let’s get to work on becoming the best athlete you can be.
