March 2026 CFP Member of the Month: Rachel Seltzer
🥋 Born-and-raised Sandy Springs local and proud single mom to the coolest 7-year-old around. She’s also a full-on fitness ju**ie who’s been putting in work for years!
👊 In her 30s, she competed in amateur Muay Thai (going 7–2 💥), then took on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, earning her purple belt.
🏋️♀️ Favorite WOD? Linda, and anything fast and to the point.
💪 Favorite lifts? Power clean & sn**ch.
👶 After becoming a mom, her goal was to rebuild strength and muscle. And she’s absolutely done that!
🙌 Since joining CFP, it’s not just the physical progress, but it’s the friendships and community that have made the biggest impact.
🎉 Favorite memory: Getting her first kipping pull-up!
🥊 Outside the gym, you’ll find her at staying active with boxing, jujitsu, or running the show as Director of Operations at her family’s fast-paced flooring business.
💬 Advice for anyone new? Be patient and don’t focus on the weight! Consistency is key.

That’s a wrap on the 2026 CrossFit Open 💥
For 3 weeks, we showed up and pushed our limits. PRs were hit, firsts were conquered, and every single athlete gave it everything they had 👏🔥

February 2026 CFP Client of the Month: Ash Joshi
💼 Ash is a marketing/digital management consultant and longtime 6:30 PM regular. His family fully supports his evening workouts, mostly because they know he’ll come home too tired to bother them 😆
👨👧👦 He joined CrossFit three years ago after his kids inspired him to give it a shot.
🏋️ Favorite WOD? Back squats, deadlifts, and rowing.
💪 Favorite lift? Deadlifts.
🏃♂️ Least favorite? Running and overhead squats (mobility keeps him humble 😅).
🔥 Before CrossFit? Lifting a little, scrolling a lot, and pretending ten minutes on the treadmill counted as cardio.
🙌 Since joining, he’s gained confidence, consistency, and a strong crew that keeps him accountable, inside and outside the gym.
🎉 Favorite memories: Saturday partner workouts, big energy, and Coach Amy pushing him to finish that last set.
🍝Outside the gym, Ash loves traveling and tracking down good food that usually undoes all the calories he just burned!
💬 His advice for anyone new? Just walk through the door. The community will carry you the rest of the way. And never trust someone who says, “This one’s quick and easy.”

January 2026 CFP Client of the Month: Kelly Joy
🌴 Kelly is originally from South Florida and moved to Georgia in 2019. She’s an Aquarius cat mom who loves cozy nights with a good book, movies, video games… and is a huge Olive Garden fan 🍝
🏋️♀️ Kelly has been doing CrossFit on and off since 2022 and brings great energy to every class.
🔥 Her favorite WOD is Nasty Girls, and her favorite lift is the hang power clean.
🏃♀️ Least favorite? Anything with running (LOL) and overhead squats 😅
💪 Since joining CrossFit, Kelly has become happier, more independent, and stronger outside the gym—carrying heavy groceries, helping friends move, and crushing everyday life with better stamina.
🎉 One of her proudest achievements this year? Toes-to-bar (they count, and we love them 👏).
💬 Kelly’s advice for anyone new to CFP: Show up, be consistent, and listen to your coach!
🎶 Fun fact: Kelly has seen around 200 concerts in her life 🤯
