Last week at Level Up, we focused on Honor. Not as something fancy or old-fashioned, but as something we can practice every day.

Honor shows up when kids tell the truth, take responsibility, protect their training partners, and choose what’s right even when it’s not the easy choice.

Small choices build strong character. That’s what we’re training for.

It’s amazing to think back to when they first started as white belts and to see how much they’ve grown over the last three (and FIVE!) years. Today we pause to honor those who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their courage, protection, virtue, and sacrifice remind us that freedom is not something to take for granted. It is something preserved by those willing to give everything for others.
