If I could go back to my very first Pilates class, here’s what I’d tell myself 🤍

1. The reformer is way less scary than it looks.
Seriously. Everyone has had that moment of looking at the machine thinking, “wait… what does this thing even do?” 😂 But classes are so customizable, and instructors are there to guide you through it.

2. You don’t have to use the heaviest springs to get a good workout.
One of the biggest lessons Pilates teaches you is connection over intensity. Your breath, form, posture, and control matter so much more than piling on resistance.

3.You are not supposed to get everything right the first time.
Pilates is a practice. The more you show up, the more confident you become. Progress happens through repetition, not perfection.

Our instructors are trained to customize movements to YOUR body and YOUR experience level, so whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, you belong here.

And honestly? The Pilates for Everyone community is one of the most supportive spaces. If you ever feel lost, look to the person next to you — chances are they were in your exact shoes once too 🤍

If you’ve been nervous to try reformer Pilates, this is your sign to just start 💫
