If you hear your coach say, “life your hips!” then here is what we mean 🙋‍♀️

Lifting your hips requires you to use your core to lift the pelvis area and squeeze your bottom to execute a skill.

➡️ Let’s isolate this drill
1. Handstand against a wall
2. Arch your back and put your bottom to the wall
‼️ This is your starting point for the drill ‼️
3. Feel the motion of your core lifting your pelvis and squeeze your bottom to lead you away from the wall
4. Use that momentum to fall into a STAIGHT BODY position
5. Land on a crash mat with a tight body position (not like a noodle flying around)
