PARENTS: STOP GUESSING. START MEASURING.

You know your athlete works hard.

But do you know exactly where they are FAST, POWERFUL—and where they need to improve?

Start with an NW Athletic Performance | USR Speed Lab Baseline Report.

We measure the athletic qualities that matter on the field and court:

⚡ 5 Fly 10 — Acceleration
⚡ 15 Fly 10 — Acceleration
🚀 20–30 Fly 10 — Top-End Speed
💥 Broad Jump — Explosive Power
💥 Vertical Jump — Explosive Power
🔄 5-10-5 — Change of Direction & Braking Ability

TEST → TRAIN → RETEST → PROVE PROGRESS

Your athlete receives objective performance data that gives us a starting point for smarter, more individualized training—and gives parents a clear way to see improvement.

DON’T JUST TRAIN HARD. TRAIN WITH A PURPOSE.

Soccer games are won in the first three steps.

Parents, that’s where we focus.

Benefits.
One-faster acceleration for separation on the field.

Two-safer, stronger changes of direction,

Three-power that holds up late in the game.

Proof-We laser time sprints and track jumps with our USR Speed Lab, so parents see real numbers, not guesswork.

FAST ATHLETES DON’T JUST ACCELERATE—THEY CONTROL THE STOP.

* Deceleration helps athletes slow down safely and stay balanced.
* Strong braking mechanics improve cutting, landing, and reacceleration.
* Kettlebell strength develops the hips, legs, and trunk needed to control force.
* Change-of-direction training should emphasize body position and technique—not just faster drill times.
* Better control can produce quicker, more confident movement on the field or court.

Measurable proof angle

Use the 5-10-5 shuttle to measure change-of-direction speed, then document movement quality: controlled foot placement, balanced turns, proper hip position, and efficient reacceleration. Compare results over time through the USR Speed Lab Report.

BUILD THE BRAKES. THEN BUILD THE SPEED.

Ask about individual or team speed, strength, and change-of-direction testing.

Awesome session with Offsides Soccer Academy! ⚽️💨

For parents, speed training is about more than just making your athlete faster. It’s about helping them accelerate quicker, move more explosively, compete with confidence, and develop athletic skills that transfer directly to the game.

When two players have similar technical skills, speed can be the difference-maker.

We’re excited to continue helping young soccer athletes develop the speed, power, and athleticism they need to take their game to the next level.

Give Your Athlete the Speed to Change the Game.

STRONG ATHLETES APPLY FORCE. FAST ATHLETES APPLY IT QUICKLY.

* Sprinting teaches athletes to produce force at game speed.
* Kettlebells develop powerful hips, legs, core, and grip.
* Jumps help convert strength into explosive athletic movement.
* Proper technique and age-appropriate loading come before heavier weight.
* Consistent testing shows whether training is actually transferring to performance.

Track laser-timed acceleration, flying sprint times, and broad jump distance. Improvements in these objective numbers provide measurable evidence that an athlete is becoming faster and more explosive—not simply getting tired during workouts. Stop guessing. Start measuring.
Ask about individual or team speed-and-strength testing.

Soccer is built on camaraderie. Talent wins moments, but unity wins championships. When every player puts the team first, trusts their teammates, and fights for one another, ordinary teams become champions.

El fútbol se basa en la camaradería. El talento gana momentos, pero la unión gana campeonatos. Cuando cada jugador pone al equipo primero y lucha por sus compañeros, un equipo común se convierte en campeón.

Showing up is the first step toward success. Talent and motivation mean little without consistent effort. Every workout, practice, or meeting is a chance to improve, even on off days. Those who excel aren’t always the most gifted—they’re the ones who show up, do the work, and trust the process. Progress comes from consistency, and consistency begins with the decision to show up. Commit to being present and putting in the effort, and success becomes inevitable. We Build Champions

The offseason is where great girls basketball players separate themselves from everyone else.

During the season, you’re trying to perform. In the offseason, you’re building the athlete you’ll become.

The players who invest in speed, strength, power, and movement before the first practice don’t just show up in better shape—they show up faster to loose balls, more explosive to the rim, stronger through contact, and more resilient throughout a long season.
We focus on:

* Acceleration – Win the first step and create separation.
* Max Speed – Improve transition offense and defensive recovery.
* Explosive Power – Jump higher for rebounds and finish stronger at the basket.
* Strength – Handle physical play and reduce injury risk.
* Agility & Deceleration – Change direction under control and defend elite players.
* Conditioning – Stay effective in the fourth quarter, not just the first.

Talent may earn playing time, but preparation earns confidence. When two athletes have similar skill, the one who spent the offseason getting faster, stronger, and more powerful usually wins the minutes.

Championship seasons don’t begin in November—they’re built during the offseason. We Build Champions
