From inspiring conversations and powerful stories to meaningful connections, this year’s theme, Upping Your Game: Leadership Boosts for Mind, Body, and Soul, came to life in so many ways. Whether it was the programming, the Kaiser Permanente Marketplace featuring local women-owned businesses, professional headshots, or our interactive experiences, we hope everyone walked away feeling inspired, empowered, and ready to take their leadership to the next level.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful lineup of speakers, panelists, moderators, and honorees who shared their experiences, perspectives, and wisdom with us. We were also proud to introduce Girls Lead, a new initiative championed by the Seattle Sports Commission Foundation that brings together our sports community to create more opportunities for girls to play, thrive, and lead. With a shared vision of helping the Class of 2033 graduate as the healthiest generation of girls in Washington State history, we’re taking an important step toward building a stronger future through the power of sports.
