We will begin with an intentional Cacao & Heart Activation Tea. This allows us to open our hearts, ground in, relax our minds, and open our energy field for connection.

Each speed dating round begins with movement, allowing you to experience someone’s energy, presence, playfulness, and the natural chemistry between you to flow.

After each dance, partners will share a short conversation before rotating to meet someone new.

Throughout the experience you will use private match cards to keep track of the people you meet & indicate anyone you would genuinely like to connect with again. Only mutual matches will be revealed after the event.

DJ Rachill will provide music throughout the entire experience, carrying us from the opening connection rounds & into a joyful finale group dance.

Discover the joy of ballet in a welcoming and supportive environment. Build strength, flexibility, balance, and graceful movement while connecting with music and artistry.

Classes focus on foundational ballet technique through barre work and introductory center exercises, with an emphasis on proper alignment, posture, and body awareness.

Whether you’re stepping into ballet for the first time or returning after years away, you’ll be encouraged to grow at your own pace while building confidence and celebrating the beauty of movement.

Somatic Memory Release (SMR) is what happens when you contact stored trauma in the body and allow it to be experienced without resistance, naturally leading to a release.

This somatic session combines movement, sound, breathwork, and emotional release. Guided by Michael Hodge, a somatic practitioner with years helping clients overcome chronic conditions.

Adult Ballet Class
Thursdays 9-10:15am

Class consists of about an hour at the barre and 15 minutes in the center.

Some experience will be helpful to keep up but is not necessary and modifications will be offered in class. Taught by Jessica Phillips.
