Our Homestead Gardens event series starts right after the new year! We wanted to highlight the Sound Bath in the Greenhouse series today.

Starting on January 2 at the Severna Park location we will be hosting bi-weekly sound baths. These will be led by either Kathryn Para, Lyrics for Learning and Life or one of the other talented professionals, including Satya Yoga and Wellness and Mia Moon Creations. Some you may recognize Jaime from Yoga Barn!

In these events, you can expect to immerse yourself in the lush greenery of the Severna Park greenhouse and the serene sounds of singing bowls and other instruments for an unforgettable experience. Imagine lying peacefully, surrounded by plants, while the vibrations of tranquil sounds wash over you. Let the noise, worries, and stress of everyday life fade away as you sink into a meditative state. This event offers the perfect escape, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and allow the soothing sounds to take you on a journey of peacefulness.

We’re pleased to bring a new collaboration to the Annapolis area. Wellness in the Greenhouse! The team at Togetherly Studios is working with Local Business, Homestead Gardens in Severna Park, MD to create two series of events! This the perfect gift is an experience. Better is a gift that helps that amazing person in your life to a moment of self care and bliss. Even better- a series of experiences, each with unique teachers! One that supports all local businesses! We are serving up a total of fifteen events: Five Sound Baths in the Greenhouse! Every other week Jan-March Ten Yoga Classes in the Greenhouse! We have exciting news to share! In the interest of unifying all of the different things that Kathryn Para has to offer, we are now operating under a new umbrella name: Togetherly Studios.
For a long time, it felt like Kathryn was building different things in different places for different audiences. But, truly, it all come together.

Our wide variety offerings still remains, the same (Frolic the fox, yoga, mindfulness, educator resources, Parenting tools, etc). But now all together (see what we did there...). See below for a little blurb explaining our new identity.

Togetherly Studios exists where wellness meets wonder and is the heart-based project of Kathryn Para, aka Frolic the Fox. In her music and yoga studios, she creates tools to bring mindfulness, movement and social emotional learning to children and adults. As a singer/songwriter, storyteller, and trauma-informed yoga teacher, she shares her programs, training, and tools locally and throughout the USA with teachers, families, and communities. The growing team at Togetherly Studios loves to partner with community members, organizations and businesses to further wellness and wonder. This programming supports Togetherly’s endeavors in your community.
