SCHOLAR SATURDAY SENIOR SPOTLIGHT
This week, Lindsay High School National Honor Society is proud to recognize Marisol Hernandez, Class of 2027!
Marisol has been actively involved in basketball, track, cross country, and NHS throughout high school. One of her favorite high school memories is winning a state medal during her junior cross country season, an accomplishment that reflects her dedication and hard work.
After graduation, Marisol plans to continue her athletic career by running cross country at the collegiate level while pursuing a degree in either biology or psychology.
When asked about her favorite teacher, Marisol chose Mrs. Hines, sharing, "She is always someone you can just talk to, and she's always there to help me out with anything!"
For Marisol, being a member of NHS means having the opportunity to serve those around her and make a difference in her community. Her advice to future NHS members is simple: "Get your hours and have fun!"
Marisol's favorite motto, "One step at a time!", is a fitting reminder that success comes through determination, perseverance, and taking each step toward your goals.
Congratulations, Marisol! We are proud to recognize your accomplishments and wish you continued success as you finish your senior year and begin your next chapter!
