Join me as I adventure through life on my motorcycle! I'm exploring open roads near and far, street and dirt. My first bike was a 2003 Honda Shadaow 1100 Sabre.

I've been riding motorcycles for almost three years. I currently ride a 2023 Indian FTR Rally, and a 2022 KTM 890 Adventure R. Riding has changed my life! I've discovered so much about what I can do, and met tons of great women and men who love to do it just as much as I do. I tell my story here, talk about my riding and my journey to learn and grow. I also talk about the equipment, tools, clothing and other things that make my rides more fun, easy and just more rad! GHVHVDN4499322

I went to the KTM Adventure Rally in Idaho a couple weeks ago. Had a great time, met awesome people and oh yeah did a little riding too 😁

Turns out motorcycles run in the family.

Today we finally found a little time that lined up. Me on my Indian. My daughter on her FZ07. Just the two of us taking the long way toward Elbe and stopping to enjoy the view.

One of my favorite things about riding is that I get to share it with my kid. Life is busy. Her school schedule and my work schedule don't leave us with a lot of free time at the same time. But every ride reminds me how lucky I am that we both love this enough to make the effort.
Here's to more miles together.

Trail fix kind of day.

Somewhere along the ride, I went down and the chain came off my 250. Not ideal… but also not the end of the day.
So we learned something new. Right there on the trail. Figured it out, got it back on, and kept going. Big thanks to a friend on the other end of the phone talking us through it.

Rides like this remind me it’s not just about where you go. It’s what you learn along the way.

What’s something a breakdown taught you?
