Have a wonderful 4th of July!
Yoga classes held regularly. Group class, one-on-one yoga, and personal training by appointment. My journey of yoga lead me to train and begin teaching in 2006.
Yoga is a form of exercise that benefits the mind, body, and spirit. Practicing yoga creates flexibility, range of motion, relaxation, and much more. But when the instructor says, "Time for Savasana," suddenly everything in life feels worth it. ππ§

Meet yourself where you are at in the moment and be present, aware, and grateful.
A yoga pose is never just a shape.
It asks for attention, honesty, patience, and the willingness to return when the mind has already left the room.
That's the part of practice people don't always see.
It shows up later, in ordinary life, when something that used to take over the whole moment doesn't get the same access.
That's where yoga starts changing form...
As something that begins to move through the way life is met.

International Yoga Day is TODAY, June 21, 2026! International Yoga Day was declared June 21, 2014 (summer solstice symbolic to light, balance, and longevity).
International Yoga Day raises awareness around the globe on physical, mental, and spiritual benefits that yoga has to offer to anyone at any age.
Yoga has become so much more to me than a physical practice. It is time to create space to relax, breathe, find mental clarity, reduce stress, and assist in healthy aging.

Looking for 10 people for Thai Inspired Yoga Movement appointments for $25 for approximately an hour! I would like to practice on 10 people to get comfortable with the techniques.
Thai Inspired Yoga Movement combines assisted yoga alignments and yoga asanas with an emphasis on meditation. Thai Inspired Yoga Movement consists of hands on guidance, deep partner stretching, and gentle twisting.
This is a hands on approach with full clothing.
Benefits include, but limited to:
- releasing stress and tension
- increasing flexibility
- relieving pain and aches
- increasing blood and lymph flow
- bringing systems of the body in balance
- releasing emotional blockages
- releasing trapped toxins and assisting in detox
- deepening the connection between body, mind, and spirit

There is powerβ¦
The pose is where the training begins.
Breath under pressure.
Presence in discomfort.
Staying connected to the body when the mind wants to escape.
But the real test isn't on the mat.
It's later.
When life hits.
When stress rises.
When an old reaction reaches for control.
And somehow, there is a little more space than there used to be.
A steadier breath.
A clearer response.
A stronger ability to stay standing inside what you feel.
The pose ends.
The power stays.
