We met four years ago as teachers at our beloved Daybreak Yoga, and I was immediately touched by the beautiful depth of her healing gifts.

Vishali was one of my very first yoga teachers over 14 years ago, and it’s an honor to now share her wisdom with our community.

Drawing from her upbringing in India and years of teaching experience, Vishali offers a practice that honors yoga’s traditional roots while remaining accessible to all.

Join her for a powerful Slow Flow Yoga class every Saturday from 11 AM–12 PM, starting this Saturday in Solon. This mindful practice blends breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, and strengthening flow to leave you feeling grounded and balanced. All levels are welcome.

My wellness space Poetic Beats Yoga in Solon is expanding, and I can’t wait to share more with you! In 2021, I stepped into my 200-hour yoga teacher training while caring for four kids at home during the pandemic and practicing law for the past 20 years. I was simply trying to slow down and reconnect with myself.

Yoga, Reiki, and sound healing found me in unexpected ways. What began as a personal practice has grown into creative expression, personal growth, friendships, and community care. Completing my 300-hour YTT has deepened this path even further.

This expanded space reflects that ongoing evolution and my commitment to supporting women in radically claiming their rest, just as I did and continue to do. It has truly been a labor of love.
