Doors Open: 7:00 AM
Team Competition Starts: 8:00 AM
Team Awards: 11:15 AM
Modeling Starts 11:30 AM
Warm Up/Lunch Break for Judges: 12:30 PM
Marching followed by X-Strut: 1:00 PM
Solo/Multiple Batons/Duet: 3:15PM
U.S. Grand Twirling Champion Twirl Offs (Finals): 6:15 PM
Individual Awards for Titles and US Grand Twirling Champion (all open events will be posted as they are tabulated): 6:45 PM
ShowTwirl/Freestyle/ArtisticTwirl/Collegiate Solo: 7:15 PM

Check In
Individual contestants need to check in upon arrival to pick up their name card. Each contestant has their own name card which they will take to their lane each time they compete to hold up for the judge prior to their set. Check in will be at the head table.
*If you ordered any apparel then you will also pick it up during check in.

Set System
The contest will operate on the set system for ALL events except marching. Marching will go in the order listed on the set system but not run on a set system. This will help the contest run smoothly and efficiently. The set system will tell contestants what (event), when (set), and where (lane) they will perform.

Interview for modeling: We will ONLY have interview for the following: Miss U.S. Twirling Champion for the following divisions (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, & College). All modeling will be in costume.

Concessions: There will be concessions available at the competition.

Tents/Chairs: There will be seating in the gym. Tents and chairs are allowed but NOT in the main gym.

Warm Up Gym: There is a warm up gym at the facility that can be used throughout the day. This will also be a great place to set up tents.
