Introducing the first annual Witches Paddle. Wear your best witch or wizard outfit and join us on the river to start your Halloween off right. Burn off that candy, paddle the beautiful Weeki Wachee River, enjoy a full breakfast buffet, and take home a medal just for showing up.

Saturday, October 31st, 7am to 10am. The paddle departs at 8am sharp. Kayak rentals are $60, or bring your own for $40 with a private launch. There's a best dressed contest with real prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Nearly 80 years underwater and they still make it look easy.

Since 1947, real performers have been holding their breath in a real freshwater spring, not a tank, not a pool, an actual spring. It's the longest-running mermaid show in the world, and once you've seen it in person, the photos start to make sense.

Happy National Wildlife Day from Weeki's most loyal visitors.

Long before there was a park, there was a spring. These peacocks have been wandering these grounds longer than most of us have been coming here, completely unbothered by the crowds, the cameras, or the calendar.

They're not part of the show. They're just part of Weeki.
