𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :

In this class you will learn and work on a sensual flow aimed to help you embody your definition of sensual! Choreography will be focused on slow, slinky and wave like movements both on the floor and pole. Heels are highly encouraged but not required and there will be variations available for different levels and different bodies!

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
Student must have taken several level 1 class or have prior pole experience. Must be comfortable and familiar with pole pirouettes, dip spins, chair spins and basic backwards shoulder rolls.
Knee pads and heels or socks required.

𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
A guided pole class focused on exploring your unique movement style. Using prompt cards for different moves, spins and guidance from the instructor, you’ll learn to build your own flow and express yourself freely through different themes. The class ends with an optional, supportive performance of your piece in front of your peers to help build the confidence of performing in front of others.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
Familiar with basic spins and Pole 1 moves. Headphones/Earbuds must be brought to class while heels and knee pads are optional.
