We program functional movements and design them exclusively for the most serious and highly motivated fitness seekers. If you are one of those, we can provide you the most professional and efficacious fitness education and coaching available anywhere. Fitness is measured by the amount of power an individual can produce at any given time. Our athletes are measured by their work capacity and only with high intensities are they are able to achieve maximum results. A little update on the move! ❤️

Some things are moving along, and some things are taking a little longer than we planned. 🙄 We’re working on getting everything ready, but there are still a few things that need to fall into place before we can officially make the move.

Trust me, I’m ready to get in there and get things going! I’ll keep everyone updated as we make progress.

And when it’s finally time to move all of our stuff over, any and all help will be welcome and greatly appreciated! 😂💪 So be ready… I WILL be calling on my Atomic family to help make it happen!

🤫 THE SECRET IS OUT… WE’RE MOVING! 🔥

Remember when we said something BIG was about to happen? Well… here it is.

Atomic CrossFit is getting a new home! 🏠💪

We’re excited to share that we’ll be moving into a bigger space with more room to train, grow, and continue building this incredible community.

And before anyone panics about the drive… 😂 we’re only moving about HALF A MILE from our current location! So same Atomic, same coaches, same community — just a bigger home. ❤️🖤

📅 We don’t have an exact move date just yet, but we’ll keep everyone updated as things progress.

There’s a lot of work ahead and little time to get the new space ready, and we’re incredibly excited for what’s coming.

Help me welcome our newest coach, Stephanie! ❤️🖤

Stephanie has been a member at Atomic for over a year, so she already knows the people, the workouts, and probably way too much about all of us. 😂

Now she’s officially joining the coaching team and moving to the other side of the whiteboard!

I love seeing our members grow, step up, and become an even bigger part of the Atomic family. I’m excited to have Stephanie coaching and helping our members get stronger, get better, and hopefully have a little fun while we’re at it.

Today was a pretty special one at Atomic. ❤️

We did a benefit WOD for one of our own, Roberto, who is currently battling cancer.

And you guys showed up. Big time.

We raised over $1,000 for Roberto today, and honestly, that means more than I can put into words.

This is the part of owning a gym that I love the most. It’s not really about the workouts. It’s the people. It’s watching everyone come together when one of our own needs a little extra support.

Roberto, we’re all behind you and pulling for you. You’ve got a whole Atomic crew in your corner. 🖤

Thank you to everyone who donated, did the workout, helped out, or just showed up. This is what Atomic is all about.

❤️ WOD FOR ROBERTO — LET’S SHOW UP FOR ONE OF OUR OWN! ❤️

One of the things that makes Atomic so special is that when one of our people needs us, we show up.

On Saturday, September 26 from 8:30–10:30 AM, we’re coming together for a special benefit WOD to support Roberto and his family as he continues his fight against cancer.

Teams of 3
• 1-mile sandbag carry
• Max row with the remaining time

💙 $25 to participate
100% of the proceeds will go directly to Roberto and his family.

This isn't about your score, how fast you are, or how much you can carry. It's about getting together, working hard, having some fun, and showing Roberto just how many people are standing behind him.

You don't have to be an Atomic member to participate, so grab your friends, build a team, and come join us! If you can't participate but still want to support Roberto, donations are absolutely welcome.

If there’s one thing you can count on with Faye, it’s that she’ll always be smiling, always be cheering someone on, and somehow… always be hurt. 😂

She is one of those members who makes Atomic better just by being here. She’s constantly supporting and encouraging her fellow members, celebrating their wins, and bringing that positive energy even when her own body is apparently filing a formal complaint. 🤣
