Nittany Valley Running Club

Hello trail friends! It's that time of year again... Rothrock Discovery Runs are back!! We will be having 4 Saturday morning runs on the Rothrock by UTMB course so you can discover new trails, practice for race day, or just run with friends! All runs will start at 9am and are NO DROP- everyone is welcome. Here are the dates:
-March 21 (next Saturday!)
-April 11
-April 18
-May 2
We plan to have two runs on the 25 & 50K course that are around 5-6 miles, then two runs on the new 50K course that are 9-11 miles. Next weekend we will meet at Shingletown for the infamous Cliffs of Insanity route: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6691764948

13th Annual NVRC Boalsburg Turkey Trot The 13th Annual NVRC Boalsburg Turkey Trot is on Thursday November 27, 2025. It includes the following events: NVRC Boalsburg Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk, NVRC Annual Boalsburg Turkey Trot 8K Run/Walk, and NVRC Boalsburg Turkey Trot 2 Mile Family Run/Walk.

Join the fun next week at the Happy Valley Town Series: All-Ages Run and Bike Races coming up fast on 9/24, 10/1, and 10/8, under the lights at Tussey Mountain!

Volunteer Needs:
7:45am - 9:30am - 2 volunteers for registration
8:15am - 10:00am - 5 volunteers for course marshals
8:15am - 10:00am - 1 volunteer on a bike or running to be the back of each race
