From perfecting timing and technique to building trust and connection, these dancers are putting in the hours to make every routine shine. We are so proud of their dedication, teamwork, and passion for dance this summer.

A brand-new pair of pointe shoes is basically a wobble board! 🩰✨

One of the very first things our dancers learn in pointe is how to find their balance all over again. Before ever rising onto the box, they practice balancing on flat, engaging their core, and pressing their entire foot into the floor to build the strength, stability, and control that safe pointe work requires.

After putting in the hard work to develop this important (and sometimes tedious!) skill, we wrapped up class with a fun balancing game to put those new skills to the test. Learning is always better when you can add a little laughter along the way! 💕

Today, Adleigh had her very first pointe shoe sewing lesson with Mrs. Brooke! Learning how to properly prepare your pointe shoes is an important milestone and a special tradition for every dancer beginning their pointe journey.

We are so proud of Adleigh and can’t wait to watch her continue to grow, strengthen, and shine every step of the way. Congratulations on another exciting milestone! 💗🎀
