Join us for Sportsman Day Camp at the Shooting Sports Education Center!

This unique outdoor-style camp allows campers to experience both archery and fi****ms depending on their age and interests. Campers may participate in the morning bowhunting session, the afternoon fi****ms session, or both. All equipment and ammunition are provided, and the student-to-instructor ratio on the live fi****ms range is 2:1 and campers are welcome to bring their own bows. Snacks will be provided at each session, and campers will also have the opportunity to swim at the Recreation Activity Center on Georgia Southern’s campus. A packed lunch is recommended for campers attending both sessions.

- Bowhunting: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Ages 7–17)

Join us for Archery Day Camp at the Shooting Sports Education Center!

This camp puts the fun in fundamentals and is perfect for beginner archers. Campers will learn range safety and proper shooting form while participating in games and drills designed to build archery skills. All equipment will be provided. Campers will also have the opportunity to swim at the Recreation Activity Center at Georgia Southern University, and snacks will be provided each day.

When: June 22–26, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Take your performance to the next level at Elite Archery Academy!

Designed for competitive archers, this camp focuses on improving scores, refining technique, and building tournament-ready skills through high-level instruction and personalized feedback. Train under USA Archery Level 5-NTS Coach Dee Falks and Level 4-NTS Coach Cassandra Bowser while receiving evaluation on form, shooting mechanics, and mental management. Campers will shoot approximately 200 arrows per day and can enjoy swimming and rock climbing at the Recreation Activity Center.

Registration includes instruction, camp t-shirt (not guaranteed after deadline), lunch, snacks, and transportation. Resident campers receive housing, meals, and evening activities.
