Reston Raiders 14u Cole Samman has been working hard at controlling the puck while keeping his head up to scan and process his surroundings at our On Ice Brain Gym sessions Wednesday nights. This type of cognitive training allows him to play with poise and confidence on game days, so he is able to make fantastic plays like the goal he scored this past weekend. Keep up the great work Cole!

If your player wants the ability to slow the game down, they need to speed up their cognitive processing with and without the puck and On Ice Brain Gym will help them do just that!

Join us at Loudoun Ice Centre on Wednesday evenings at 7:30PM for On Ice Brain Gym and think faster than the opponent.
