I just want to take a minute to recognize our coaching staff and say THANK YOU.
A lot of what makes CrossFit Elect what it is comes down to the people in this picture.
They show up early. They stay late. They plan, teach, encourage, correct, motivate, clean up, and do a lot of things behind the scenes that most people never see.
But more importantly, they care about our members.
They celebrate your PRs. They know when you’re having a rough day. They push you when you need it and meet you where you are when you need that too.
Owning a gym has taught me that you can have all the equipment in the world, but the people are what make the place special.
I’m extremely thankful for this group and everything they do for Elect and our community.
